Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions governing cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and fee adjustments for professional advisory engagements.

1. Overview of Advisory Engagements

Future Orbit Hub Co., Ltd. delivers specialized, human-delivered professional consulting services—including telemetry pipeline audits, cohort retention modeling, schema advisory, and engagement score formulation. Because our engagements involve dedicated time allocation by senior analytics architects and custom analytical modeling, this Refund & Cancellation Policy establishes clear standards for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and milestone billing.

2. Deposit Policy & Booking Windows

  • Initial Retainer Deposit: To confirm a project start date and reserve consulting capacity, a 50% deposit of the total agreed project fee is required upon execution of the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Reservation Hold: Upon receipt of the deposit, our lead analysts are allocated to your application dataset, and our intake pipeline is locked for your scheduled audit window.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Conditions

3.1 Cancellation Prior to Project Kickoff (More than 7 Days Notice)

If the Client provides written notice of cancellation at least seven (7) full calendar days before the agreed project start date (prior to any dataset transmission or preliminary scoping work):

  • The Client is eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% administrative and banking transaction processing fee.

3.2 Cancellation Short Notice (Within 7 Days of Project Kickoff)

If the Client cancels within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled start date:

  • 50% of the deposit is refunded, or the full deposit may be credited toward a rescheduled audit window within the subsequent 90 days.

3.3 Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once project kickoff has occurred (defined as receipt of sanitized client telemetry logs, tracking dictionaries, or execution of preliminary pipeline hygiene reviews):

  • The initial 50% deposit becomes non-refundable, compensating the Company for dedicated analytical time expended.
  • If the project is terminated mid-engagement by the Client, the remaining 50% milestone balance will be prorated based on delivered diagnostic stages (e.g., Schema Audit, Correlation Modeling, or Final Dossier).

3.4 Project Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their diagnostic audit window up to one (1) time at no additional charge, provided written notice is given at least five (5) business days prior to the kickoff date. Subsequent rescheduling requests or requests with less than 5 days’ notice may incur a 15% re-allocation fee.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Deliverables

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable once delivered:

  • Final technical findings dossiers, custom SQL transformation scripts, and mathematical scoring blueprints delivered and acknowledged during the formal handover session.
  • Retained senior advisory monthly fees once the retainer month has begun.
  • Express expedite surcharges agreed upon for compressed delivery timelines.

5. Milestone Disputes & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering rigorous, actionable telemetry diagnostics:

  • If a client believes a delivered audit does not conform to the specific scope items defined in the executed SOW, the Client must notify Us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of dossier delivery.
  • We will review the technical findings and provide corrective analysis, schema re-examination, or supplementary data modeling within five (5) business days at no additional cost.
  • If, following the revision period, the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed technical specifications, a negotiated partial refund of the final milestone balance may be issued at management discretion.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Timelines

To request a cancellation or refund:

  1. Submit a formal written request via email to info@future-orbithub.click including your corporate legal entity name, project SOW reference number, and reason for the request.
  2. Our practice management will evaluate the request against project milestone logs and respond within three (3) business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days using the original method of payment (international SWIFT wire transfer, corporate bank transfer, or card reversal).
